As they go about their busy and often demanding lives. It´s for those that realise or suspect that what they are is something beyond all the noise, judgments and stories in their head. And wish to embody inner peace, non-judgment, spontaneous joy, compassion, emotional clarity, acceptance and forgiveness in the cut and thrust of daily life. What happens in the course? Through simple embodied practices we invite Awakening to unfold. There is no seeking, goal setting, knowledge building, controlling or strategising because these all block the natural unfolding of awakened awareness. Learn practices that can be taken home and applied anywhere. In which we embody awakened awareness in our everyday and essential relationships. Because if Awakening is not embodied and not infusing our talents and relationships, what´s the point? What will I experience? Through the embodied practices and shared insights you will experience: The differences between yourself when lost in thought, emotional and physical contraction and your Self when in awakened awareness. The practices that maintain awakened awareness, once you return home or back in ‘The Matrix’ An emotional clarity that enables you to embody your truth in all situations An embodied awareness that has the depth to hold all fears, emotional wounds and challenges Over the four sessions, we share this work through embodied practices, discussion, safe sharing, reflection and light meditation. Didn't book your visit yet? click here Accommodation plants In this course we will take a deep dive into our connection with the alive and inspiritted natural world around us. A 5 day, step-by-step journey for people who want to learn to find their own healing through deepening the connection with Nature, and who want to feel more grounding, clarity, belonging and magic in their lives! Suitable for anyone interested in the natural world, in herbal medicine, or in personal development. You might intuitively know that the plants are alive, that they have characters, and that they have a Spirit. When we learn to open up our minds and hearts to the plants as conscious beings, we open up to a world of belonging, magic, healing and guidance. 5 Days to slow down, come back to your senses, be present in your energetic and physical bodies, and delve into being fully alive and present, in a fully alive and present world. We will start the journey with gratitude, and end it with gratitude. So that the healing, wisdom and guidance we receive is held in a container of reciprocity. You will learn to connect to your body and energy field. And study a plant in many different steps over the course of the 5 days. Using intuition and perception, as well as scientific skills of keen observation, and understanding of botany, to get to know a plant as holistically as we can until we embody the essence of the plant, and a sense of communication is established. Meaning not that we talk to the plant, but more so, that we listen and perceive its messages and healing. In this process, you will create your personal relationship with the plant being. A relationship that goes in 2 directions: as you get to know more about the plant, you will also start learning more abo ut yourself. We will use the basics of Goethean Science Methodology*, energetic awareness, different forms of creative expression, circle sharing, herb tasting, and the making of a personal magic medicine. *Goethean Science is the study of nature where the observer cultivates the clarity of their consciousness as an organ of perception. Developed by the poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, this study explores the connection between an individual and the natural world. This approach deepens perception and understanding of the plant realm. It is not "just" a way to study a plant, but a 2-way process and a change of perspective that really transforms our beliefs about the world we live in. Tuesday 15.8 - Saturday 19.8 5 days, every day 9:30-13:30 "Communication With Plants" with Anna Begas In this course we will take a deep d perspective that really transforms our beliefs about the world we live in. In this five-day course we learn to forget everything we know, and to open up our doors of perception, engaging fully with all of our senses. Working individually and also coming together in a group strengthens our trust in the process and in our own intuitive wisdom. We use meditation, silence, sensing, precise observation, drawing, writing, movement, circle sharing, and medicine making to bring our learning into practice, and to help us understand the process. " Plants have long been primary teachers of those who travel deep into the heart of the world, for those who seek the soul teaching that only the wild can bring ." Stephen Harrod Buhner Being in direct contact with the plants helps us strengthen our connection to nature, and therefore to ourselves. Come and join us on this deep dive into connection and belonging. And allow it to change your experience of life forever. The Course Facilitator Anna Begas My name is Anna Begas, I am an energy healer, bodywork therapist, and women’s coach. I have 10+ years of experience of working in holistic health: in private practice, on retreats, holding circles and workshops, and since 2020 I run several online courses, including a 6-week course on intuitive plant communication. I started learning about Herbal Medicine in 2008, and am still learning! My biggest passion and interest is our intuitive connection to the plant spirits, and the healing that arises from that connection. These two have been pillars on my development as a curious soul and body. A constantly growing need for the expansion of that movement led me to water those seeds with different dance forms until deciding to focus on studying Contemporary Dance at the university in Costa Rica and Argentina, while performing as part of different dance projects and ensembles. During those years, nutrients such as physical theatre, acroyoga and capoeira became a great support and prepared me to meet Dance Improvisation and Contact Improvisation, an already enormously rich soil with grown trees, where I was offered to eat its fruits since the first encounter. Those seeds of consciousness, playfulness, creativity and poetry traveled to the soil I had been preparing and now I'm witnessing them sprout and grow into everchanging fields of movement possibilities. She enjoys living in an open-hearted community where there is a sense of tribe and belonging. In 2017 the Akashic Record descended into her life on the day her beloved mother Stella passed away. She heard inside 'this is her final gift to you, this is what you do now.' She had no idea what this meant, but this was the day her life changed. The Akashic Record guided her through the grief process and became and intimate daily guide and reference point, helping her to align with the work of her Soul. Since then a flow of people have come to receive guidance from the Akashic masters. They find her mysteriously or by word of mouth. And Carly has helped hundreds of people to re-align with the song of their Soul. She teaches people how to read their own Akashic Record through online courses and face-to-face immersion retreats. Carly has also trained as a Free the Inner Voice facilitator, and leads Women's empowerment work ' The Rose Codes' - using tools such as Womb Yoga, vocal empowerment, somatic exercises and powerful energy transmissions, all guided by the Akashic field. She loves to explore our human experience, and, in a grounded way, allow space for blocks to dissolve, for feelings to be expressed, for people to be truly seen and witnessed and so that each one can truly start to express the unique song of their Soul, "Akashic Records" Living your soul purpose with Carly Akara 4 Days Course Contribution - 200 BOOK THE COURSE *The course is available only to camp visitors.
